Public Private Partnership(PPP) has now become mainstay of government's infrastructure development plan world over.

The Uttarakhand Public Private Partnership Cell (UPPPC), under the Planning Department, Government of Uttarakhand, serves as the State’s nodal agency for promoting and facilitating development through Public–Private Partnerships (PPP).

Acting as a knowledge, facilitation, and coordination hub for PPPs, UPPPC supports government departments in developing viable, transparent, and investment-ready projects across sectors such as transport, tourism, urban infrastructure, water, health, and renewable energy.

With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, the Cell is committed to building an ecosystem that transforms ideas into bankable projects, accelerates development, and enhances the quality of life in Uttarakhand.
